Neuro Serge manufacturing, laboratory testing and quality control

This page describes the process. The results for the run that is shipping now live on the authenticity page, and the two are meant to be read together.

Where Neuro Serge is made

Production runs in a cGMP certified, FDA registered facility in the United States. Registration is not an endorsement, and it is worth being clear about that: it means the facility is known to the FDA and subject to inspection, not that anyone has approved the product. No dietary supplement is FDA approved[9], and any site that implies otherwise about Neuro Serge or anything else is misleading you.

cGMP is the part that carries real weight. It governs raw material identity, batch records, cleaning between runs, equipment calibration and the documentation trail that lets a finished bottle be traced back to the material that went into it. That trail is what makes the lot record on this site possible at all.

What gets tested on every run

Testing schedule per production run
TestWhat it covers
IdentityHPLC fingerprinting confirms each botanical extract is the species named on the label rather than a cheaper substitute with a similar appearance.
PotencyMarker compounds are measured against the incoming certificate for each raw material lot before it is released into a blend.
Heavy metalsICP-MS screening for lead, arsenic, cadmium and mercury. The current Neuro Serge run reports < 0.6 ppm.
MicrobiologyTotal plate count, yeast, mould, E. coli and Salmonella. The current run reports Within USP <2021> limits.
PesticidesMulti-residue screening on incoming botanical material, which is where the risk actually sits in a plant-based formula.
AllergensVerification that no gluten, dairy or soy has entered the line, along with non-GMO documentation for each botanical.

The third party laboratory

Finished batch analysis for Neuro Serge is contracted to Tidewater Analytical Sciences, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory. Accreditation means the lab's methods and competence have been assessed against an international standard, which matters more than the lab's own marketing. Certificate TAS-COA-26-0417 covers lot 2608-NSG417 and is available through support on request.

The limitation is worth stating plainly. A certificate documents what a laboratory measured in one batch. It does not tell you whether the amounts in the capsule match the amounts used in published research, because the manufacturer of Neuro Serge does not publish those amounts. The formula page covers that gap in detail.

Sourcing

Botanical raw material comes from a mix of domestic and international growers, which is normal for this category: bilberry, olive leaf and green tea simply do not grow at commercial scale everywhere. Each incoming lot arrives with its own certificate and is re-identified on site rather than accepted on paper alone. That second identification step is where adulterated botanical material usually gets caught.

Storage and shelf life

Bottles are shipped in plain cartons and should be kept somewhere dry and out of direct sun. Room temperature is fine, a bathroom cabinet is not, because humidity is harder on capsules than heat is. The expiry date is printed alongside the lot code on the base of each Neuro Serge bottle, and stock here is rotated so that no bottle ships with less than eighteen months remaining.

What we do not claim

No clinical trial has been run on the finished Neuro Serge blend. Testing confirms that what is in the bottle matches what the specification says should be in the bottle. It says nothing about whether the product works, which is a different question and one the science page answers as honestly as the evidence allows.
