How the company started
Northharbor Wellness Group, Inc. was founded in 2020 by a compounding pharmacist who had spent eleven years behind a counter in Portland answering the same question in different words: is any of this stuff worth taking. The honest answer was usually "some of it, at doses nobody prints on the box," and that gap between what customers were told and what was on the label is the reason the company exists.
The founding idea was small and specific. Take one product at a time, put the ingredient list, the lot record and the refund terms on the same domain that takes the order, and never print a number we cannot source. It is not a dramatic mission statement. It is a working method, and it is why the Neuro Serge pages on this site tell you the milligram amounts are missing instead of inventing them.

The refund is not a negotiation
180 days, opened bottles accepted, one email. Nobody on our side is trained to talk you out of it, because a refund policy that needs a script is not a policy.
Why this domain and not a marketplace
Neuro Serge is sold direct because direct is the only arrangement where the four things a buyer needs, the label, the lot, the price and the refund, stay attached to each other. Put the product on a marketplace and it detaches within a month: reviews pool across sellers, stock ages on third party shelves, and nobody can tell you which run a bottle came from. The manufacturer maintains its own product information at getneuroserge.com. We reference it rather than reproduce it, because we are the distribution and verification portal for the United States, not the formulator.
How we write
Editorial pages are written by our own desk and reviewed in house. Ingredient claims get checked against government health databases and independent evidence summaries rather than against marketing copy, and the review date sits at the top of every page that carries one.
