Neuro Serge privacy notice
What this site collects, which is very little, and what happens at checkout, which is handled by somebody else.
Who is responsible
Northharbor Wellness Group, Inc., 75 Commercial Street, Suite 310, Portland, ME 04101, is the controller for information collected on neurosergesupplement.net. Questions go to support@neurosergesupplement.net.
What this site collects
These pages are static HTML. There is no account system, no login, no comment field and no backend database. The contact form opens your own mail client and sends from your own address, which means nothing you type into it passes through this server.
Our host records standard server logs: IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamp. These are used to keep the site up and to spot abuse, and they are retained for thirty days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. One item of session storage is used to remember that you closed the offer bar, so it does not reappear on every page. It is cleared when you close the browser and it identifies nothing about you.
Checkout
When you choose a Neuro Serge package you are handed to an authorized checkout partner on a different domain. Payment details, shipping addresses and order records are collected and held there under that provider's own privacy terms. We receive order and fulfilment information but never see full card numbers.
If you write to support we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the matter and to meet record keeping obligations, then delete it. We do not sell contact details, and we do not add correspondents to a marketing list without being asked.
Third parties
Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which will see your IP address when the stylesheet loads. Outbound reference links to government and educational sites are marked and open in a new tab; once you follow one you are on their terms, not ours.
Your rights
Residents of California and other states with comparable statutes may request access to, or deletion of, personal information we hold. Write to support@neurosergesupplement.net. Because this site holds so little, most such requests are answered by pointing at the checkout partner, which holds the order record.
Children
Neuro Serge is sold to adults. This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
