Neuro Serge shipping, tracking and returns
What it costs, how long it takes, what the box looks like, and how to send it back.

Orders leave the warehouse within one business day. Orders placed after 2pm Eastern on a Friday go out on Monday. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories typically add two to four days, and a delivery estimate appears at checkout before you confirm anything.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the carrier label is generated, which is usually a few hours before the package physically moves. If the number shows nothing for a day, that is normal and not a lost parcel. If it shows nothing after two business days, write to orders@neurosergesupplement.net with your order number and we will chase the carrier.
What arrives
A plain carton with no product name printed on the outside. Inside: sealed Neuro Serge bottles with a tamper band across each cap, the lot code printed on the base, and a leaflet. Orders of three bottles and up include the three bonus guides as digital downloads, delivered by email rather than in the box.
If the outer carton or a seal is damaged on arrival, photograph it before opening anything further and email support the same day. Damaged shipments are replaced, and a replacement does not touch your 180-day refund window.
Returns
The full return route is on the guarantee page, and the short version is this: email support for a return authorisation, send the bottles back within 180 days of delivery, and the refund is processed within three business days of arrival. Return postage is the customer's cost. Opened bottles are accepted.
Do not ship a return to the company mailing address. Returns go to a separate fulfilment address that comes with your authorisation number, and packages sent without one are slow to match to an order.
International orders
This portal serves the United States. Neuro Serge orders to other countries are handled case by case through support, and where we can ship, any customs duty is the recipient's responsibility. The 180-day guarantee still applies, but return postage from outside the US usually costs more than it is worth, so we will say so before you order.
Address changes
Email support within two hours of ordering and we can usually catch it before the label prints. After that the package has to complete its journey and be returned before it can be resent. Check the address at checkout rather than after.
