Neuro Serge refund policy

The formal terms. The plain-language walkthrough is on the guarantee page and the two say the same thing.

1. Refund window

Orders placed through neurosergesupplement.net carry a 180-day money-back guarantee measured from the date of delivery recorded by the carrier, not the date the order was placed.

2. Condition of goods

Opened, partially used and empty bottles are accepted. All bottles from the order must be returned, including unopened ones, unless support has agreed a partial return in writing.

3. Requesting a refund

Email support@neurosergesupplement.net with the order number. A return authorisation and the return address are issued within one business day. Returns received without an authorisation number may be delayed while they are matched to an order.

4. Return shipping

Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, because an untracked parcel that does not arrive cannot be refunded.

5. Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the return being received. Card issuers typically take a further three to five business days to display the credit.

6. Shipping charges

The $9.99 shipping charge on the two bottle package is refunded along with the product cost. Return postage is not.

7. Damaged or incorrect shipments

Report within seven days of delivery with photographs. These are resolved by replacement and do not consume the 180-day refund window.

8. Purchases made elsewhere

This policy covers Neuro Serge orders placed on this domain. Purchases from marketplaces, resellers or any other site are outside the authorized 2026 distribution and cannot be refunded here.

9. Fraud and abuse

Repeated refund requests across multiple orders may be declined, and Northharbor Wellness Group, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service where a pattern of abuse is evident.
